Like many who were kids from the 80’s, I have been drinking alcohol since my late teens. In my 20’s I was a bit of a party girl and in my 30’s I used wine as a way to de-stress after a busy day at work. I have thought about quitting for years and although I’m now not a huge drinker, it’s still habitual on those particularly challenging days.

I went to QiQi Lab with an open mind as I didn’t know what to expect. Liz is so knowledgeable about the benefits of laser treatment and fully informed and educated me about how it all worked.
The treatment is a really lovely experience and in the days following I felt a sense of calm and a definite boost in confidence. I felt super charged and ready to go!

I’ve not touched any alcohol or vaped since my 2nd treatment over 3 weeks ago, it’s still very early days but I have no cravings to smoke or drink so I’m sure it will continue.
During this time We started a redundancy consultation in my work yesterday, as I’m in HR I’m obviously involved in it, so it was very stressful day would of definitely got drunk to cope in the past…stuck to the non alco’s!! 🙏🏼

I love Champagne and red wine especially but as I got older I became more and more aware of their impact on my health
I wanted to escape the social trap of drinking just as i had previously escaped that of smoking
I had a glass of white wine immediately before the treatment ( probably not ideal!?) and I tried to drink a glass of red wine with a friend 5 days later. It was hard work. I didn’t enjoy it , preferring every time to reach for my water.
I’ve had no desire to drink at all since the treatment
And I’ve been out lots….to Birthday parties and networking events ( with the welcome prosecco..I simply declined and chose a non alcoholic version) I’ve been to concerts, on dates and dancing, wine bars and pubs and even hosted a dinner party without any desire to drink. In fact I’ve had the best time ever and have also loved the freedom of being able to drive home afterwards.
I know that I can have a drink if I’d like to …I just prefer not to …and that , after a lifetime of social drinking, is nothing short of a miracle!! Thank you QiQi Lab
I‘ve experienced no short of a miracle in my life, thanks to QiQi Lab as whilst I had the treatment for alcohol Liz also added a few laser points for my bladder.
At the start of the year and over the Christmas period I had been experiencing severe problems with my bladder. At its worst I was waking every hour during the night. As a result I was exhausted, irritable, anxious and tearful. At first I thought it might be the menopause but at 61 I hadn’t had a period for over a decade!
Liz used her laser gun on the part of my ear that is linked to my bladder ….and the symptoms vanished within days!?
I am now sleeping soundly again every night, I ve been able to handle a number of stressful situations very calmly and feel so much more like my best self!
