Cancellation Policy

If you’ve booked on to a course, or one-off appointment, we take 50% deposit upfront.

You can cancel up until 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund of the deposit or transfer to another slot

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

The balance will be paid in full at the first appointment of the course, or at the one-off appointment.
